Our community has been through a lot in recent weeks. Many individuals, families and local businesses across the entire region are still feeling the emotional impact of recent events, and it’s completely understandable o feel unsettled, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to turn.
To help support our region, a series of free, drop-in mental health and wellbeing pop-ups are offered across Porepunkah, Bright, and Myrtleford. These sessions are here to provide a calm, welcoming space where you can speak with someone, access local services, or simply take a moment to pause. You don’t need a referral or an appointment.
You are welcome to come as you are.
We’re here to walk alongside you, and we encourage you to reach out, even if it’s just for a quiet moment or a friendly conversation.
Partners in Wellbeing are available to speak to from Monday through to Friday by calling 1300 375 330.
